2. General Information on Data Processing

This website is mostly implemented as a static site. We do not use cookies. For anonymous traffic analysis we use the privacy-friendly tool GoatCounter (see section 3) – beyond that, no analysis of your user behaviour takes place on this website.

3. Traffic Analysis with GoatCounter

We use the analytics service GoatCounter to statistically evaluate the use of our website in anonymised form, for example the number of page views. The provider is Martin Tournoij, Ireland. Data is stored on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Finland and Germany. GoatCounter does not set cookies for website visitors and does not store cookies, localStorage, or any other data in the browser. Your IP address is not stored – it is only used temporarily in memory for up to eight hours for session detection and is not persisted to the database. Only the page visited, the referring page, a session ID, bot detection, browser and operating system type, screen width, as well as location and language are recorded. Identification of individual visitors is not possible. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the needs-based design of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Collection of Access Data (Server Log Files)

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, and the browser used. This data is processed exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and for security reasons, and is not merged with other data sources.

5. Contacting Us

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (such as name, contact details, and your inquiry) is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your request. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta additionally applies; your data will then be transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited.

6. Google Maps

On our contact page you can choose to display a map from the Google Maps service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is not loaded automatically. Only when you click "Load map" is a connection established to Google's servers. In doing so, your IP address and information about the page visited are transmitted to Google in particular; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Sec. 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act), which you grant by clicking.
