This website is mostly implemented as a static site. We do not use cookies. For anonymous traffic analysis we use the privacy-friendly tool GoatCounter (see section 3) – beyond that, no analysis of your user behaviour takes place on this website.
3. Traffic Analysis with GoatCounter
We use the analytics service GoatCounter (goatcounter.com) to obtain anonymous, aggregated statistics about the use of our website, for example the number of page views. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not perform cross-site tracking, and does not store full IP addresses or other data that would allow identification of individual visitors. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the needs-based design of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Collection of Access Data (Server Log Files)
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, and the browser used. This data is processed exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and for security reasons, and is not merged with other data sources.
5. Contacting Us
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (such as name, contact details, and your inquiry) is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your request. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta additionally applies; your data will then be transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited.
6. Google Maps
On our contact page we embed a map from the Google Maps service to make it easier for you to find directions to our shop. When the corresponding page is accessed, a connection is established to servers of Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, whereby your IP address and other technical data may be transmitted to Google – regardless of whether you interact with the map. This data transfer is based on our legitimate interest in a clear presentation of our location (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
