Can I mail in my device?
No. We only buy in person at our shop on the Zeil in Frankfurt, with instant cash payment. We deliberately don't offer mail-in buyback, so you receive your money directly and without any shipping risk.
How long is my online-calculated price valid?
The price shown in the buyback calculator is valid for 24 hours from your WhatsApp request. Just show us the request with the request number in store, and the quoted price applies, subject to inspection of your device.
What do I need to bring for the sale?
Bring your device, any accessories you have, and a valid photo ID – an ID card is legally required when buying used devices. Also show us your WhatsApp price request with the request number.
How exactly does the sale work?
You calculate your price with our buyback calculator, secure it via WhatsApp for 24 hours, and then come to our shop on the Zeil with your device and ID. After a brief inspection, we pay out the amount directly in cash.
Does my device still need to be fully functional?
Not necessarily. In the buyback calculator you can also select the condition "Defective" – we frequently buy damaged or limited-functionality devices too, albeit at a correspondingly reduced price.
What happens if the condition differs in store?
The online-calculated price is subject to a brief in-store inspection of your device. If the actual condition doesn't match the category you selected, we'll fairly adjust the offer to the condition found.
